Developer and real estate manager Dubai Properties announced the launch of its Rahaba Residences project, employing a Built-To-Suit model, according to a press release on Sunday.

Rahaba Residences will be developed in Dubailand and is designated to be a staff housing development for Dubai’s business and industry sectors, targeting to house junior to mid-level employees.

The first phase of the project will consist of four clusters, each comprising of two buildings connected on the podium level and offering retail space on the ground floor.

Each building consists of seven floors and encompasses 200 studio units, ranging in size between 27 and 36 square meters. The development also includes amenities such as a gymnasium, prayer rooms and outdoor sports areas.
