UAE’s real estate developer Dubai Properties breaks ground on newest marina worth AED 1 bn in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

The company started work on the new Marasi Business Bay Marina, scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2017.

Launched by Dubai Holding and Dubai Properties Group in May 2016, the new marina is going well on track as scheduled.

The first phase of the marina will comprise 157 berths with size varying from eight to 35 meters, including essential facilities for boat owners, including potable water, power supply, drainage and sewage in line with the highest international standards.
