Dubai Properties (DP) are to launch Villanova Project’s phase two on January 21, catering to families looking for spacious villas in an elegant and vibrant neighbourhood in Dubailand, states DP’s website.

The three, four, five and five plus bedroom independent La Quinta villas at Villanova range in size from 2,204 to 3,863 square feet. La Quinta is part of Villanova in Dubailand, claimed to be the first-of-its-kind private gated neighborhood.

Villanova is located near the intersection of Emirates Road and Al Ain Road, and close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

According to DP’s statement, these major highways offer easy access to both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports, as well as the Expo 2020 site.
