Dubai Properties announced the launch of additional homes at its Casa Dora at Serena project in Dubailand, according to a press release on Thursday.

More two- and three-bedroom apartments in its Portuguese-inspired project are now available for sale, stated the company, also saying that it was targeting the affordable housing segment with its medium-sized townhouses.

Dubai Properties’ Serena project is an 8.2 mn square feet master-development in Dubailand, featuring residential sectors, retail areas, recreational facilities and several other amenities.
