Leading Dubai developer Dubai Properties announced the start of the second phase of the Bellevue Towers project located in Business Bay, Arabian Business reported.

The launch of Bellevue Tower 1 last June attracted investors and homebuyers alike. The project is due to offer a high-end lifestyle and a view of the Burj Khalifa, with views and terraces overlooking the Dubai skyline.

Phase two is due to include 23 floors, and one, two, and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses and lofts.

“The strategic location and reasonable price-point of Bellevue Towers is one of the main attractions for buyers and investors who are on the lookout for high-quality, lively residential destinations at the heart of the city,” Executive Director of Sales and Sales Operations at Dubai Properties, Marwan Al Kindi said, according to Emirates 24/7.

The project also includes pools, playgrounds and a podium terrace, and is expected to be completed in 2019.
