Approximately 400 houses are expected to be delivered by Dubai Properties at the Mudon project, a master planned residential community in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
The units in phase two are expected to be completed by October, according to the developer’s statements. A total of 398 units were delivered to owners in phase one of the project in 2015.
A community center that stretches over 64,000 square feet is found in the residential area of the Mudon project that includes many amenities, such as a supermarket, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, medical clinic, children’s nursery and playground, as well as other retail units and restaurants, according to Construction Week Online.
