The value of daily property sales in Dubai was up 43.5% in the first seven months of 2023 compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Dubai Land Department, Invest-Gate reports.
From January to July, the average daily sales value reached AED 1.16 bn, a jump from AED 808 mn in the year-ago period. Daily sales transaction volumes also rose 29% to 386 deals from 299 previously.
Villa sales saw especially strong growth, with average daily transaction values rising 44% to AED 108 mn from AED 75 mn in 2022. Daily deal counts for villas increased by 15% to an average of 39 sales.
Land plot sales also gained momentum, as the average daily value of land deals grew 33% to AED 503 mn so far this year compared to AED 379 mn in the first seven months of 2022.
