Dubai’s real estate market continues to draw significant interest from wealthy investors worldwide, particularly from Western Europe, according to a report by global real estate consultancy iSpace, Invest-Gate reports.

The report revealed that buyers from Western European nations accounted for five of the top ten investing nationalities in Dubai’s property market during the second half of 2024. Notably, four of these nations are among the top ten globally by GDP, underscoring Dubai’s appeal to affluent investors from the world’s most advanced economies.

The report highlighted Dubai’s enduring attractiveness to European investors, even post-pandemic, citing the emirate’s exceptional lifestyle, world-class infrastructure, high safety standards, and lucrative capital returns. These attributes showcase Dubai’s strength in maintaining a competitive edge in the global real estate market and its status as a premier investment destination.

British and Indian investors led the rankings as the top investors in Dubai’s real estate market during the latter half of 2024, taking the first and second spots, respectively. Western investors dominated the market, comprising six of the top ten investing nationalities, reflecting their confidence in Dubai’s transparent and stable market with promising long-term investment opportunities.

The report also detailed the top ten investing nationalities in Dubai’s real estate market. British investors topped the list, followed by Indians, with Dutch, French, and Irish nationals securing third, fourth, and fifth places, respectively. Germany ranked sixth, while Lebanon, Turkey, Australia, and South Africa filled the remaining spots. This diverse investor base underscores Dubai’s global appeal, attracting interest from both established and emerging markets.
