Real estate transactions in Dubai’s Land Department reached over AED10.9 bn this week, with the department witnessing 2,470 transactions totaling AED7.04 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Among these, 357 transactions were for lands valued at AED2.18 bn, while 2,113 were for apartments and villas valued at AED4.86 bn.

Land transactions of significant value were notably recorded at AED268.02 mn in the Fifth Thee Al Sijeen area, followed by a transaction worth AED95.56 mn in the Al Suyoh 2 area, and another valued at AED83.93 mn in Al Suyoh 3.

Wadi Al Safa 2 area dominated the transaction count, recording 213 transactions valued at AED189.09 mn. It was followed by the Hind City 4 area with 23 transactions totaling AED38.29 mn, and thirdly by Palm Jebel Ali with 20 transactions valued at AED678.29 bn.
