Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than AED 8 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
The department witnessed the recording of 1,744 sales worth AED 5.3 bn, including 289 land sales worth AED 2.11 bn and 1,455 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 3.19 bn.
The top three transactions were land in Wadi Al Safa Third sold for AED 79.4 mn, followed by another land sold for AED 77.69 mn in Wadi Al Safa Third, and land sold for AED 70 mn in Al Manara in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 73 sales transactions worth AED 422.26 mn, followed by Madinat Hind Four with 54 sales transactions worth AED 79.2 mn, and Madinat Al Mataar with 28 sales transactions worth AED 133.48 mn in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a villa was sold for AED 70 mn in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 55.65 mn in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was sold for AED 45 mn in Palm Jumeirah.
The mortgages recorded a value of AED 2.28 bn, including 113 land mortgages worth AED 1.03 bn and 507 mortgages on villas and apartments worth AED 1.25 bn, the most important of which was in Wadi Al Safa Third area with a value of AED 385.95 mn and another in the Al Sufouh First area with a value of AED 163.46 mn.
