Transactions in Dubai’s real estate sector have reached a total of AED 9.9 bn within a week, Invest-Gate reports.
Data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) revealed that real estate activities for the week reached a total of AED 17.44 bn, showing a slight decrease from the preceding week’s AED 19.43 bn.
The data highlighted that the week saw a total of 3,603 transactions, encompassing the sale of 2,988 residential units, 280 buildings, and 335 land plots.
DLD further detailed that real estate mortgages during the period amounted to AED 3.28 bn, down from AED 3.70 bn the previous week, with a total of 821 mortgage transactions, including 484 residential units, 138 buildings, and 230 land plots.
Regarding real estate donations, the data revealed a total value of AED 4.26 bn for the week, a significant increase from AED 1.07 bn in the prior week, with a total of 227 donation transactions during the week.
