Amidst the economic and financial stability of the United Arab Emirates, the real estate sector continues to experience rapid growth, drawing both local and international investments, Invest-Gate reports.

This surge is driven by the launch of high-quality projects to meet the increasing demand for residential and commercial properties. Reflecting the UAE’s ambitious vision to enhance its status as a leading global real estate market, investors are flocking to seize promising opportunities.

Leading real estate companies have launched numerous significant projects since the beginning of the year. These initiatives have expanded investment options and created new opportunities for investors and residents. This boom has solidified the UAE’s reputation as a hub for high-quality, environmentally sustainable real estate.

Projections indicate that the UAE real estate sector will thrive through 2024. Both government and private sectors are expected to introduce new property and infrastructure projects across various regions to accommodate population growth and the influx of investors and workers.

Moreover, Dubai has taken the lion’s share of new real estate projects. Over 12 new projects have been launched by prominent companies, such as Emaar Properties, Deyaar Development, and Dubai Investments, including the expansion of Dubai Mall. Approximately 6,600 new residential units were completed in the year’s first half, bringing the total to 736,000 units. An additional 20,000 units are anticipated by year-end.

Furthermore, Dubai’s real estate sector attracted 50,000 new investors in the first half of 2024, with real estate transactions valued at AED 346 bn, a 23% increase, according to the Dubai Land Department.
