Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week have exceeded AED 6 bn. The department recorded a total of 1,892 property sales worth AED 4.88 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Of these, 152 land sales were valued at AED 843.57 mn, while 1,740 sales were for apartments and villas, amounting to AED 4.04 bn.

The most significant land sales were valued at AED 58.63 mn in the Fourth Al Thanyah area, followed by a sale worth AED 58.25 mn in Al Sufouh, and another sale worth AED 42 mn in Wadi Al Safa 3.

The Fifth Al Hebiah area topped the list of regions regarding the number of transactions, with 48 sales totaling AED 155.18 mn. Followed by the Airport City area with 20 sales worth AED 66.12 mn, and the third spot was for the Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid area with 14 sales worth AED 18.68 mn.
