Dubai to Build Residential Complex for Government Employees

A new residential complex will be built for employees working in the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, according to a Dubai government report, reported Trade Arabia.

The report stated that the total cost of the project is AED 128 million. The complex will include five apartment buildings of three floors each, with two swimming pools, two playgrounds, green areas, and a children’s play area.

A total of 48 apartments will be dedicated for families and 284 apartments will be provided for single citizens, according to the report, Gulf Digital News reported.

The project is part of a partnership between the Dubai Municipality and Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services.
