Dubai will host the first edition of “Egypt 2030” exhibition, launched by Al Etegah Al Awal, on February 18-20 in Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel, Invest-Gate reports.
The two-day event will host more than 30 Egyptian real estate developers, and it will provide distinctive elements and various services to the participating companies, and to the targeted customers. Launching the exhibition falls in line with the company’s strategy to support the country’s plan to export real estate and promote giant national projects abroad.
During the event, participants can review their projects in all new cities, whether residential coastal, commercial, administrative or medical units, which provide the highest investment return.
Khaled Abdel Rahman, CEO of Al Etegah Al Awal, says that launching the “Egypt 2030” exhibition aligns with Egypt’s vision 2030, which is based on comprehensive urban expansion and the development of new urban communities, and introducing to the world the development volume Egypt is witnessing, pointing out that this comprehensive development provides various investment opportunities for all companies.
Abdel Rahman adds that the development volume that Egypt is currently implementing encourages many Egyptians working abroad to return to their country, buy a property and settle there, as well as encourages many Gulf clients to invest in the Egyptian market, adding that “Egypt 2030” exhibition’s first launching will be from Dubai to move on afterwards to a number of other Gulf countries, as AL Etegah Al Awal has a strong plan to spread in most of the main export markets, in order to help real estate companies to open new markets.
He further notes that exporting Egyptian real estate requires concentrated efforts from both public and private sectors to promote Egypt as a destination for clients looking for world class real estates, pointing out that the state has taken serious steps in the real estate export file, by participating in MIPIM exhibition in France, and recently in Egypt’s pavilion at the Expo Dubai 2020 Exhibition.
