Dubai’s spending is set to rise from AED 46.1 to 47.3 bn with a sharp increase in infrastructure spending in 2017, according to the Dubai Media Office on Wednesday.
With over AED 1 bn added to its expenses, Dubai budget deficit will be AED 2.5bn in 2017. The infrastructure spending meanwhile will stand at 17% of the total budget, marking a 27% increase compared to 2016.
