UAE holding company Dubai Holding unveils an integrated business district in the heart of Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

The company launched Emirates Towers Business Park to be developed for investments worth AED 5 bn on an area between Sheikh Zayed Road and Happiness Street.

Construction on the project will commence by the end of 2017 and is scheduled for completion within four years.

The development will include three five-star hotels; Jumeirah Group will manage one and the other two will be managed by leading hospitality groups.

The development will also offer retail space with a range of international brands as well as food and beverage (F&B) options.

The project will include public parks, a green space, and two covered pedestrian bridges connecting to the DIFC.
