UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced an investment of AED 88 mn to upgrade interiors of homes being built at its flagship Dubai project, called “Azizi Riviera,” Invest-Gate reports.
“In an effort to further heighten customer satisfaction, the developer surprised its customers by announcing that it will upgrade kitchen countertops, cupboards, bathroom fittings, flooring, and much more within all Azizi Riviera units, at no additional cost to customers who have already purchased their units,” read the company’s press release on January 2.
Azizi Riviera features 71 mid-rise buildings, coming with more than 16,000 residential units and existing in the midst of Mohammed bin Rashid City’s business and leisure hubs, according to the statement.
“Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art, Azizi Riviera represents a new landmark,” it further stated, confirming that the project’s phase I is almost 54% done.
“Interiors will now be of even better quality, with more premium materials and fittings being used… This investment is part of our efforts to enhance our customers’ satisfaction and earn their loyalty,” Executive Director of Azizi Developments’ Engineering Division Mohamed Ragheb was quoted as saying.
