UAE-based Binghatti Developers has started building USD 109 mn ‘Millennium Binghatti Residences,’ its first recognizable project on Dubai’s Water Canal in the rapidly growing Business Bay, Trade Arabia reports.

The project will include 230 different units of premium quality, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a number of hotel-inspired facilities and recreational activities. It will be completed by the end of 2019, before the start of Expo 2020.

Inspired from the international Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Millennium Binghatti Residences offers services such as grocery on demand services, concierge-style services, laundry facilitation services, catering facilitation services.

Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and head of architecture at Binghatti Developers claims that with unit prices starting at USD 170,000, the project is expected to attract investors.

“The iconic building will prove to be a great asset for savvy investors aware of the large rental revenues and prosperity of this thriving region. This project comprises a variety of luxurious apartments ensuring comfort and convenience for every resident,” Binghatti adds.

The project is just minutes away from some of  Dubai’s iconic destinations like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai International Airport, The Palm Jumeirah and other landmarks.

Business Bay is home to various schools, nurseries, parks, restaurants, shopping centers and a great number of international companies.
