Dubai-based real estate developer DAMAC is to open its new hotel Maison Bay’s Edge in May, Invest-Gate reports. The hotel is located in Business Bay, which is regarded as the main business, dining and shopping district of Dubai.

Running on twenty-two floors, the hotel offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites with distinguished services and privacy. It provides a blend of business, leisure, and entertainment and offers complimentary shuttle bus services to Dubai’s key attractions.

Moreover, the central feature of the courtyard at DAMAC Maison Bay’s Edge is the temperature-controlled swimming pool. It also has a child-friendly pool and playing areas.

The gymnasium is located on the same floor and is equipped with high-tech machines. The hotel also offers separate wellness areas for women and men, each housing a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, showers, lockers, and changing rooms.
