Dubai-based DAMAC Properties showcased on April 12 its new Kenda Villas, a range of stone villas located in a private enclave of the international golf community, AKOYA Oxygen, Invest-Gate reports.

Priced at AED 1.15 mn with a payment plan spanning five years, Kenda Villas will go on sale in Dubai on Saturday, April 15 at Roda Al Murooj Downtown Dubai Hotel, Al Yasat Ballroom from 12pm to 10pm.
