Dubai-based property developer Emaar Properties says its subsidiary Emaar Turkey has opened Emaar Square Mall in Istanbul, Invest-Gate reports.

Projected to receive 25 mn visitors annually, the mall includes several outlets of well-known brands from Turkey and abroad like Zara, LC Waikiki, Gucci, and Hermès.

Luxury brands contribute 10% to the mall’s retail mix, which will rise to 25% by September, the statement adds.

The mall also features leisure attractions such as Emaar Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, in addition to a range of traditional, modern, and high-end restaurants.
