A recent report revealed the most searched areas for buying and renting apartments for small families of two or three individuals in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.

Jumeirah Village Circle ranked first among the areas most searched for one-bedroom apartments, with a search rate of 33.22%.

The average annual rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Village Circle is approximately AED 55,000. Last month, around 508 one-bedroom apartments were rented in the area.

Al Nahda came in second place with a search rate of 21.63%, offering various residential units with reasonable rental values. The average annual rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Al Nahda is about AED 35,000.

Dubai Marina secured the third spot with a search rate of 20.15%. The average annual rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina is around AED 76,000, and the search rate for these apartments reached 20.15%.

Bur Dubai ranked fourth with a search rate of 12.64%, while the average annual rent is approximately AED 49,000.

Dubai Silicon Oasis claimed the fifth position with a search rate of 12.36%, offering one-bedroom apartments with an average annual rent of AED 45,000.
