Dubai-based developer Nakheel unveiled a new collection of 147 luxury terraced homes at Jumeirah Park, each accompanied with a private garden and a swimming pool, Invest-Gate reports.

Described as the “first of their kind at Jumeirah Park,” the four-bedroom houses encompass spacious terraces as well as an extensive rooftop entertainment area, a maid’s room, four and a half bathrooms, and a double garage, Nakheel said in a statement on October 3.

Covering an area surpassing 3,807 square feets, the top-notch units are conveniently situated just off Garn Al Sabkha street in Dubai, and will be served with Jumeirah Park’s retail pavilion, which launched in 2014, as well as a school.

Additionally, the high-end community will have Nakheel’s new clubhouse, leisure and retail center, for which an AED 35 mn construction contract was awarded last week, in a walking distance.

“Construction of the new Jumeirah Park homes is expected to begin in early 2019, with completion in Q1 2021,” the developer noted in the statement, adding that units’ prices start at AED 3.4 mn, with attractive payment plans.

With around 21,000 residents, the mixed-use development is one of Nakheel’s most established, sought-after communities, with over 3,000 high-end villas nestled among lush parks and communal green spaces.
