Dubai’s committee for Land and Properties recorded total land sales of AED 194 million on August 2nd, according to the official news agency WAM.
The sales included AED 131 million, AED 61 million of which were total sales of lands, AED 44 million were total sales of apartments, while AED 59 million were total sales of villas.
According to the statement, Nad El Shaba el Oula area was marked as the the most important land sale, worth AED 8 million. Sales in the Wadi Al Safa area came in second, at AED 6 million.
The statement added that the largest sales were in Wadi Al Safaa 6 area, where it recorded sales worth AED 16 million, and Wadi Al Safaa 5, where it recorded two sales worth AED 9 million, according to Amwal-Mag.
Apartment and villa sales were worth AED 5 million in the area of Nakhla Gamera, AED 5 million at “Khalifa Tower”, and AED 3 million at Marsa Dubai. Other revenues were recorded at AED 63 million in mortgages.
