Dubai’s annual real estate transactions amounted to nearly AED 500 bn in 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

The number of transactions hit 122,658 last year, reaching a record high.

In 2022, 55 real estate projects are completed with a total value of AED 11.9 bn.

A total of 350 real estate projects are currently underway in Dubai.

The number of real estate developers registered in the Dubai Land Department’s (DLD) database recorded 12,989.

A total of 5,703 new brokers registered in the emirate in 2022 contributed to 24,824 procedures, with a value of AED 5.33 bn.

The number of registered real estate brokerage offices reached 1,391 last year.
