Dubai-based property development business, Sweid & Sweid, is building a 32-story- residential tower on the edge of Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) district, Reuters affiliated website Zawya reports.
The 100,000 square- foot- project will contain studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments in a single block on a corner site of the JLT master community.
Maher Sweid, managing partner of Sweid & Sweid, confirms that the company is “currently building a luxury branded residential G+31 tower.” Sweid & Sweid is set up by Depa’s co-founder Mohannad Sweid and his son, Maher.
He adds that the tower is “located in a prominent island site at the intersection of DMCC, the Emirates Golf Course, and the Montgomerie.”
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) is the master developer of the JLT district.
