Applicants are offered a customizable payment plan over five years with no interest rates and a 0% down payment.

Overlooking breathtaking green spaces spread on over 150 feddans, the project comprises a mall, medical center, an international school, up to 15 international cuisines, a clubhouse, and a sports club.
