UAE-based real estate developer Eagle Hills is assigning the construction works of its BW Vista Residences to STRABAG D.O.O, a leading construction company in Serbia, Invest-Gate reports.

BW Vista is a new residential building within Belgrade Waterfront. Construction works are expected to begin in May. The project is located near Sava Promenada and BW Residences. Belgrade Waterfront (BW) Vista Residences will include 228 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, according to the company’s released statement.

“STRABAG D.O.O. Belgrade is part of the international group, with decades-long experience in constructing some of the most demanding projects all over the world. Their portfolio and expertise complement our commitment to creating high quality buildings and delivering a unique waterfront lifestyle,” says Belgrade Waterfront General Manager Nikola Nedeljkovic.

Several amenities are found on-site such as gardens, cafes, and schools. BW Vista will be finalized in 2019.
