UAE-based developer, Eagle Hills, announced it had assigned BATCO Group the completion of The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa, according to a press release.

The awarded contract includes marine works, beach beautification, mountain slope cut and stabilization, and general grading. An estimated value of the works wa not revealed.

The new resort comprises a five-star hotel with 198 rooms along with 10 villas as well as four residential buildings offering 170 serviced residences.

The project is due for completion in 2019 and offer amenities such as a 500-meter beach promenade as well as sea views due to its location in Sharm in Fujairah.
