Bahrani-based Eagle Hills Diyar revealed its upcoming mixed-used development at an event in Manama, reported Trade Arabia.

The company previously launched Marassi Al Bahrain, a luxury beachfront residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment destination.

Properties within the new project will have access to Marassi Al Bahrain’s two kilometer beach with its waterfront promenade, the central park, and other amenities.

Marassi Shores Residences consists of 291 spacious studios, one, three, and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses spread through 11 storeys, all to be completed in mid-2019.

The project will also provide four and five-star hotels, restaurants, high-end residential apartments, first-rate retail, leisure and entertainment facilities, according to Gulf Construction Online.

The island will include a landmark shopping destination and extensive park areas once the project is complete, which will be able to accommodate 22,000 residents.

Eagle Hills Diyar is a joint venture between UAE-based developer Eagle Hills and Bahraini Diyar Al Muharraq.
