Eagle Hills Properties signed a contract with Hassan Allam Construction to implement and construct parcels 1 and 2 (Views – Island) in phase 1A of the Soul Luxury Beach Resort on the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

The construction is expected to be completed within 960 days, with a total contract value of EGP 1,970,240,005.

Mohamed Al Abbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties, and Hassan Allam, CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, attended the signing ceremony.

Soul Luxury Beach Resort is a luxurious destination situated on the Mediterranean coast. Spanning across a vast 580-acre plot, it features a 1.5-kilometer sandy beachfront and covers an area of 300,000 sqm.

The resort showcases the master plan, incorporating beach mansions and houses that offer unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea, water-front lagoons, and beautifully landscaped areas. It provides a range of amenities, including beaches, cascading lagoons, a waterfall gate, a beach boardwalk, and an infinity pool on a pier.

Moreover, this project introduces a variety of activities and unique underwater sculptures, a first for the North Coast. It also offers amenities and services that promote a sense of community and tranquility, such as fine dining restaurants and cafes set amidst stunning scenery.
