UAE-based real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills signs a financing facility with a bank for a hotel project, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the facility worth AED 300 mn, the National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) will finance the ongoing construction of the Address Fujairah Resort + Spa in Fujairah.

The development boasts the five-star Address Hotel comprising four residential buildings that include 170 branded apartments, five beach villas, and five garden villas.

The project also features a 500-metre promenade, beach access, and a unique plaza.

The construction work at the project is well underway and completion is on track for 2019.
