Eagle Hills Muscat announces that its The Residences at Mandarin Oriental project is approved as an integrated tourism complex (ITC), Invest-Gate reports.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental includes 156 exclusive homes at Mandarin Oriental with a mix of three-bedroom luxury apartments and four-bedroom penthouses.

The Mandarin Oriental hotel is set to be inaugurated by the end of the year.

ITC allows foreign investors to own freehold property and get a residence visa based on this ownership.

It is worth noting that Eagle Hills Muscat is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi developer Eagle Hills and Oman-based Izz International.
