Jordanian real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills is currently delivering the first phase of residential units at Al Raha Village in Marsa Zayed, a USD-10-bn development project in Aqaba, Invest-Gate reports.

“Al Raha Village marks a major milestone in the company’s development journey to be completed by the end of 2017,” says Eagle Hills Jordan CEO Alaa Batayneh.

“We, at Eagle Hills Jordan, look forward to continue handing over units in the coming months,” Batayneh adds.

The project includes villas, townhouses, and apartments overlooking the Red Sea, according to the company’s released statement.

Al Raha Village will include 13,000 square meters of parks, pools, water slides, a multi-use games area, a gym, restaurants and lounges.

The company is also moving ahead with projects in Amman such as the St. Regis Amman, The Residences at the St. Regis Amman, W Amman, The Skyline Residences; as well as three hotels in Amman and Aqaba.
