The Jordanian subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills will open a branch of the high-end W Hotel and Skyline Residences in Amman, according to a statement from Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi on Monday.

The development includes the W branch, Skyline Residences, office spaces and retail outlets.

Eagle Hills Jordan CEO Alaa Batayneh, stated that the construction of the project was already completed and the $200 million development would be ready by mid-2017, The Jordan Times reported.

Skyline Residences will feature 41 apartments on the top seven floors of the same building housing the W Amman in Abdali Boulevard. The W Amman will be operated by Marriott International.
