Leading UAE real estate developer Eagle Hills is launching a new luxury resort, La Bahia Blanca, in Tamuda Bay near Tangiers in Morocco, Invest-Gate reports.
The project will start selling on April 25 and will be fully completed in 2020.
La Bahia Blanca includes 40 villas and several amenities such as a tennis court, Natural Park, jogging track, bike paths, and a beach leisure area, according to the company’s released statement.
The villas feature a Moresque design that is influenced by Moroccan culture and traditions. The homes include four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas, overlooking a sea view with access to the beach.
