Eagles Developments Launches its First Project in Sheikh Zayed with Investments Exceeding EGP 2 Bn

Eagles Developments has announced its inaugural project, VIA Compound, located in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning an area of 16,000 sqm, the project boasts investments exceeding EGP 2 bn. Notably, VIA Compound stands out among the residential projects in Sheikh Zayed City due to its exceptional location, which prioritizes uniqueness and innovation in every detail. The project offers flexible payment systems and a variety of unit sizes.

Eng. Raafat Fangary, Chairman of Eagles Developments, stated that this project marks the beginning of the company’s expansion plan across the country. Eagles Developments is thoroughly examining investment opportunities in the real estate market. The company already possesses a diverse real estate portfolio in Sheikh Zayed City, with a total value surpassing EGP 5 bn. With 40 years of experience, the company is well-equipped to select prime locations for its distinctive real estate projects.

Fangary added that Eagles Developments aims to achieve contractual sales worth EGP 1  bn  for the project. To expedite the project’s implementation stages, the company is investing EGP 500 mn in its construction, with an expected completion date of December 2027.

The project is being executed in two phases, with the first phase encompassing an area of 8,000 sqm and investments of EGP 1 bn. This phase includes 100 residential units, occupying 22% of the project’s total area.

Fangary emphasized that Eagles Developments has engaged prominent consulting and architectural design companies, such as DSC, as project consultants. This ensures the implementation of VIA Compound with the highest quality standards, incorporating the latest designs and comprehensive services. The company’s strategy involves partnering with reputable operational entities to guarantee the quality and efficiency of its future projects.
