EBNY Developments signed a cooperation protocol with Globak Investments to establish an entertainment city in its two projects in the New Sohag city on 5 acres with EGP 1 bn in investments, Invest-Gate reports.
EBNY is investing EGP 10 bn in the New Sohag projects. The company has sold 50 villas in the first phase of its Azalea project.
Mohamed Islam, EBNY’s CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to avoiding repetitive and outdated entertainment concepts present in Upper Egypt. Instead, they aim to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.
For his part, Galal Zayed, CEO of Globak Investments, highlighted his company’s track record of successful entertainment cities across various governorates and their focus on delivering a unique product tailored to Upper Egypt’s community, especially in Sohag.
The project prioritizes carefully chosen entertainment games, privacy for residents, innovation, and affordability to cater to all segments of the population. The games have garnered positive reactions and high demand while being budget-friendly, Zayed said.
