Ebny Real Estate Development signs a consultancy alliance with a number of leading consulting companies in real estate development fields in order to develop the company’s real estate product in New Sohag, Invest-Gate reports.
The company partners with a number of the most prominent and best consultants in the Egyptian market, namely Yasser El-Beltagy “YBA” engineering consultant office, Inversion for real estate development consultancy, and White company for marketing and event management services, aiming to develop and oversee the engineering, administrative, and operational works of the company’s project in New Sohag.
Abdullah Kamel, chairman of Ebny Real Estate Development, says that the company implemented about 17 housing projects in Nasr City and Heliopolis, then directed its investments to New Sohag to implement integrated residential urban projects.
“The company’s vision to invest in Upper Egypt is due to a personal conviction of the existence of real investment opportunities there,” Kamel explains.
Additionally, the company’s first project in New Sohag is Greeny Avenue project, which is a residential compound that spans over 20 acres, with investments amounting to EGP 1 bn. The company also implements Westway project, which is a commercial and entertainment mall in New Sohag. The mall spans over 13,000 sqm and includes the best brands.
Regarding the great turnout achieved by the company’s first project, the company acquired a 36-acre plot in New Sohag to implement Azalea Resort, which is the company’s second project. Azalea Resort is a residential compound with integrated services designed as a tourist resort due to its vast areas of landscapes and architectural designs.
For his part, Ismael Omar, general manager of Ebny, reveals that the company is now studying a number of investment opportunities in different cities of Upper Egypt, such as New Minya and Assiut due to the great demand from clients and Egyptians working abroad to buy real estate units within integrated residential communities in Upper Egypt.
Yasser El-Beltagy, chairman of YBA engineering consultant office, expresses his pleasure to cooperate with Ebny. He also explains that YBA will manage and design the engineering works for the company’s new project in New Sohag.
In a similar vein, Kamel Ibrahim, head of Development Sector at Inversion, says that cooperation with Ebny is part of Inversion’s expansion plan in the Egyptian market. He adds that cooperation with Ebny is a great addition to the company, especially as it is one of the few companies working in the field of real estate development in the Upper Egypt region.
Islam El Shayeb, manager of White for Marketing services, expresses his happiness to cooperate with Ebny. El Shayeb explains that White has qualified teamwork that is able to generate new and innovative marketing ideas.
