ECB PM & Consultancy office has delivered 37 projects worth EGP 49 bn in 2021, Invest-Gate reports.
In a recent press statement, ECB PM & Consultancy office reveals its list of achievements during 2021 in addition to the plan for 2022, highlighting a varied projects’ portfolio that the company owes. ECB’s Chairman Mohamed Abdelghany elaborates that the company has started working on 31 new projects, for the public and private sectors, at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022 worth EGP 62 bn.
Giving an in-depth look, he uncovers that the company completed 173 projects at investment cost exceeding EGP 254 bn during the period from 2015 to 2021. “The company aims to raise the value of its projects to EGP 350 bn by the end of this year, based on the current urban development volume. Such development reflects promising investment opportunities for the private sector,” he adds.
Additionally, he reveals the company’s willingness to expand abroad in Africa, Asia and Europe during the current year. This comes in aligned with the state’s plan to export the Egyptian contracting sector abroad and facilitate its business outside Egypt, especially in countries that witness reconstruction and provide investment opportunities, for which all international companies are competing.
Abdelghany also highlights, “The company includes qualified teamwork for local and international competitions in various disciplines, with 750 people, including more than 600 engineers in different sectors. Moreover, the company provides the necessary training to raise the efficiency of its employees and keep them up-to-date with what is new in the local and global market.”
It’s noteworthy that ECB PM & Consultancy office is accredited by the Central Bank as one of the real estate appraisal experts. The company also provides integrated consulting engineering services, including project management, architectural, structural, electromechanical and infrastructure planning designs, as well as supervising the implementation of these projects.
