Members of the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors (EFCBC) are to carry out several developments across four new cities, Invest-Gate reports.
Contractors are to build 1,128 social housing units across 47 residential building in the 15th of May City, according to a New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) statement.
Badr City is to have a new medical center as part of its social housing project, according to the Head of City Authority Ibrahim El Desouky. Additionally, a school will be constructed in the social housing project of Obour City, according to Head of the City Authority Ahmed Omran.
Lastly, designated contractors are also to build a school, a mosque, sports courts, and two commercial units at New Assiut City’s social housing project, according to Head of City Authority Mahmoud El Nagdy.
