EFID Developments announced the launch of two new projects in the Green Belt area of West Cairo with total investments reaching EGP 700 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

The new projects, named Park Valley Blue and Park Valley GC, raise EFID’s portfolio in West Cairo to five projects.

Mohamed Abdel Badie, Chairman of EFID Developments, said the company has a clear investment plan and vision to expand in West Cairo due to the attractive opportunities and strong demand.

He added that Park Valley Blue is a residential project located in Sheikh Zayed City in basin 26. It comprises 59 villas over 7 acres, with total investments of around EGP 400 mn.

Meanwhile, Park Valley GC is a mixed-use project located in basin 16 on an area of 5 acres, with total investments of EGP 300 mn.

EFID has over 20 years of experience and has successfully delivered 40 projects worth over EGP 20 bn. The company aims to launch integrated residential communities with quality and luxury lifestyles for clients. The company focuses on building long-term relationships beyond just selling units, providing strong after-sales service and finishing services.

The new projects are located just 5 minutes from Waslet Dahshur Road, connecting vital areas like the Mall of Arabia. EFID’s portfolio in West Cairo also includes Park Valley, Park Valley Green, and Park Valley Le Plateau. The company has plans to invest EGP 1.5 bn in 2023.
