EG Towers Developments plans to launch a huge educational project in New Fayoum with up to EGP 6 bn in investment, during the coming days, Invest-Gate.

High executives of the company visit the project’s land on 15.6 feddans in New Fayoum.

EG Towers sells 100% of its hotel units and sells 90% of its commercial units under real estate shares with investment profitability.

Karim Abu Hatab, the CEO and Vice Chairman of EG Towers, notes that the company achieves success in 2022 by selling its first project in the New Administrative Capital and that it works to achieve the highest return on investment in its projects.

He expresses his optimism about the future of the real estate sector and its growth during 2023, adding that NAC has proven successful by all standards.
