Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Mostafa Madbouly, reviews the latest updates on residential units in the housing projects of Dar Misr and Sakan Misr in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Total investments pumped into housing projects in New Cairo amounted to EGP 9 bn, of which EGP 5.50 bn are invested in Sakan Misr and EGP 3.5 bn invested in the third phase of Dar Misr, according to a statement by Madbouly.

Sakan Misr comprises 16,808 fully-finished units with areas varying between 106 and 118 square meters.

While the third phase of Dar Misr project comprises a total of 8,760 units with areas ranging between 100 and 150 square meters.
