The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) Listing Committee approves the requests submitted by Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development, First Investment, and Real Estate Development to raise their capitals, Invest-Gate reports.
The committee has approved increasing issued and paid in capital of Zahraa Maadi Investment to EGP 66 mn from EGP 55 mn, and authorized capital to EGP 300 mn from EGP 75 mn.
The Egyptian bourse also gave the go-ahead to raising the capital of First Investment to EGP 50 mn from EGP 10 mn.
