EGYDEV, one of the leading real estate development companies in West Cairo (including Sheikh Zayed City and 6th of October City), held a grand celebration for its success partners, showcasing its latest project, “HIVE,” in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

The celebration was attended by several real estate marketing companies from Sheikh Zayed City and 6th of October City.

Eng. Ahmed Lotfy, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of EGYDEV, explained during his speech that the company launched “HIVE,” a commercial, administrative, and medical project located in one of the most distinguished areas of the second tourist zone in 6th of October City, near Dahshur Link.

The total area of the project is 5,100 sqm, comprising 110 diverse units. The project is divided into two buildings connected by a bridge at the top and a plaza at the bottom.

HIVE boasts a unique and sophisticated design, created by Fusion Form, the engineering consultancy firm responsible for all engineering and architectural designs for the project. Fusion Form is one of the largest consulting firms operating in the Egyptian real estate market, with extensive experience.

According to the delivery schedule, the entire project is expected to be completed and delivered within three years, with targeted sales exceeding EGP 750 mn.

Additionally, Lotfy revealed the company’s expansion plan, which aims to implement several new projects to enhance its business portfolio. A residential project (compound) is being studied in Sphinx City, in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority, along with a residential and hotel project on the North Coast and another commercial, administrative, and medical project in New Zayed City.
