Egyptian property developer EGYGAP Holding Company has launched Phase I in Granda Life compound in Al Shorouk City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is located between Gate 2 and 3 of Shorouk City, 5 minutes away from Suez Road.

Granda Life includes different types of units ranging from apartments, penthouses, townhouses and condo villas.

Different facilities and amenities such as swimming pools, lakes, running track, kids area, football court, relaxation area, gym, electronic gates, 24 hours security and parking areas are provided, according to the developer.
