Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly met with Mr.Jassem Al Zaabi, Chairman of Modon Holding, and Mr.Bill O’Regan, CEO of Modon Holding, to review the latest developments in the master plan for Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s northwest coast, Invest-Gate reports.

Madbouly expressed appreciation for the intensive efforts by the UAE side to finalize the master plan within the agreed timeframe. He emphasized that the project represents a major urban transformation for the North Coast, providing significant opportunities for Egyptian companies across various sectors and creating thousands of job opportunities during its development phases.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to closely monitoring the project’s progress and ensuring all necessary support to accelerate its implementation.

Al Zaabi, thanked Madbouly for his continued support and stressed the importance of delivering the project on schedule. He highlighted the significant progress made since October 2024 in designing the master plan, noting that Ras El Hekma will foster strong collaboration between Egyptian and Emirati private sector companies, particularly in construction and real estate development. The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs for Egyptians, contributing to economic growth and regional development.
