Egypt Builders – or “Bonat Misr” – is prepping to host its fifth annual conference on June 16, which will see the participation of a number of ministerial officials and over 800 executive leaders representing major Egyptian contractors, real estate firms, financial, and banking institutions, as well as, several local and regional real estate investment funds, Invest-Gate reports.
The forum, organized by the Egyptian Federation of Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC) and Real Estate Export Council, will focus on bolstering the pivotal role played by the state in supporting the export of Egyptian real estate and creating a communication platform between the government as well as the country’s construction and real estate development sectors, according to a released statement on May 20.
The mechanisms of achieving integration amongst African countries will also be discussed during the forum, coming under the patronage of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, aiming to fulfill their impending need of constructing a large and proper infrastructure in all different aspects.
Besides, it will help showcase the success of some Egyptian construction companies in the Arab and African markets in facing various challenges and making numerous profit. This will aid Egypt to earn a higher market share in the reconstruction projects of countries such as Libya, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, while stressing upon the wide range of investment opportunities available in Egypt as well as the Arab and African countries, the statement added.
Egypt Builders will demonstrate the achievements made by the Egyptian government and private real estate companies in carrying out exceptional mega-projects such as New Mansoura City and the New Administrative Capital (NAC). It will also show the enhancement made in Egypt’s infrastructure throughout the last five years, in line with its efforts to expand into Africa during the country’s presidency of the African Union in 2019.
